
Ingredients:
- 2 portabella mushrooms or a bunch of baby bellas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 green onion
- 1 handful of cilantro
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt
- Heat oil in pan
- Peel and chop garlic
- Sautee
- Add diced onion
- Slice mushrooms into strips
- Add additional oil and vinegar
- Add cilantro
- Steam rice while mushrooms are cooking
