Ingredients:
- 1 lb bone in chuck steak
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- cilantro
- green onion
- teriyaki sauce
- sesame oil
- worcestershire sauce
- water
- pepper
- salt
- garlic
- White slow cooker is heating up add 1/2 cup water and seasonings
- Brown steak on both sides
- Saute peppers and onions
- Place steak in slow cooker
- Top steak with cilantro, peppers, onions, teriyaki and worcestershire sauce
- Cook on high for 1 hour and then reduce to low for 4 hours
- Drain/remove any excess fat from the mixture
- Serve over steamed rice
